Carpadium is an independent project and program assurance consultancy serving organisations undertaking complex delivery and transformation. Working in the Australian market, Carpadium supports executives, sponsors, Steering Committees and Boards across financial services, insurance, government, higher education, health and technology. Its principal services are Project Pulse, Project Health Check, Project Assurance and Project Recovery. The approach is senior-led, independent and evidence-based — providing decision-makers with an objective view of delivery confidence, risk and the actions required.

Andrew leads and delivers Carpadium’s independent project and program assurance, health check and recovery engagements. As founder of a specialist advisory practice, he is the senior practitioner who scopes, undertakes and reports each engagement — working directly with executives, sponsors, Steering Committees and Boards.

He has 25+ years of relevant project and program experience, including leading, directing and assuring complex projects and programs valued up to $150m. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.).

His approach is independent by design and evidence-based: reported status is tested against plans, financials, milestones, risks, dependencies and actual delivery evidence, then translated into clear priorities and practical actions.
